It gives me great pleasure to invite you to the North American Premiere of
the feature documentary Peace One Day.   As you may know, the Peace One Day
film documented and inspired the establishment of the first ever day of
global ceasefire and non-violence on the United Nations International Day of
Peace, now fixed in the calendar as September 21 annually.



We have booked the prestigious Ziegfeld Theatre, Manhattan, for September 21
this year as part of Peace One Day's commitment to raising awareness of the
UN International Day of Peace.  A formal invitation will follow.



If you are unable to make the North American Premiere, you may be interested
to know that the film will receive its World Premiere at the Edinburgh
International Film Festival August 2004, and the BBC will be screening the
film at the end of September.   In any event, please let us know if you
intend to acknowledge the day so that we can put it on the website
<http://www.peaceoneday.org/> www.peaceoneday.org to help inspire others to
act.
