DOUBLE BILL: Palestine/Israel and Israeli Musicians - Diametrically Opposed

Palestine Think Tank proposes two features on two Israeli-born musicians who speak publicly on the issue of Israel and explain it's actions to those outside of Israel. One of them uses her notoriety and talent to serve the State as a Hasbara Tool and the other uses his notoriety and talent to expose its violence and racism.

Upon the selection of Noa, claiming to sing a song for "peace" in the Eurovision Contest together with Mira Awad, an analysis of her qualification as a peace advocate is examined. Following that, we present a film by Tali Atzmon to celebrate the release of Gilad Atzmon's highly acclaimed new recording "In Loving Memory of America", as well as an interview published in today's Guardian with Atzmon. The film shows segments of the recording session, an interview and a firey live performance. If you haven't seen live footage of Atzmon, this is a chance to understand what the fuss is all about.
