Islamophobe, warmonger to present Israel at Eurovision, you can complain!

It's Eurovision time again... nothing that will change the world, but a
rare opportunity for Israel to create a hasbara event that will encourage
people to think of it as a peace-loving nation. Many of us do not believe
Israel has a right to participate in this contest, but we can't do
anything about that, however, we have more reason than ever to protest.
Please see and pass along (or publish if you can) the piece I've written
about it. The Israeli entry this year includes someone who strongly
supported not only the war in Gaza, but also that incredibly violent war
against Lebanon. How can anyone who is on public record supporting such
war crimes and violence be so audacious to "sing" about peace,
bamboozling the world once again?

but better still, take part yourself in letting the world know we see
through this propaganda and we will be there to show what the facts
really are.

if anyone wants to comment directly to Eurovision's site about this,
(you need to first register) it might be the best place to express
dissent about this person performing. I hppe many come out to express
their views, it may be the best platform for it from here to May.

One of the only ways we have of really acting is by expressing our views
and showing the hypocrisy for what it really is every time we are
presented with this opportunity. 
Please, take action so that millions won't be convinced that peace and
war are interchangeable concepts and that an Israeli who thinks the war
against Gaza was a good and necessary thing will not be promoted as a
peace advocate!
