In Washington D.C. lunedì 18 dicembre si aprirà il processo presieduto dal
giudice Emmet G. Sullivam



 Amman (Giordania) - Baghdad (Iraq) - 17-12-2006 - "Gli Stati Uniti
d'America diedero 1,5 bilioni di dollari in forma di garanzia bancaria a
Saddam Hussein il giorno 20 dicembre 1983, dell'operazione si occupò
personalmente Donald Rumsfeld" dichiara l'avvocato Giovanni Di Stefano
difensore dell'ex rais. "Ci sono documenti che lo provano. Con quei soldi
degli Stati Uniti, Saddam avrebbe dovuto usarli per acquistare sostanze
chimiche e biologiche. Cosa che Saddam non fece. Ecco perché Usa e Gran
Bretagna erano certi che Saddam possedesse armi chimiche perché le avevano
finanziate loro stessi. Saddam invece si mise d'accordo con alcune aziende
di Italia, Gran Bretagna, Germania e Francia per fare apparire come se
avesse acquistato le sostanze chimiche, con l'intento di tenersi una parte
di 1,5 bilioni di dollari e un'altra parte dei soldi pagata alle aziende
che emisero fatture false prestandosi a questo tipo di operazione". I
governi italiani, inglesi, tedeschi e francesi, che ruolo hanno avuto nella
vicenda? E' ora caccia aperta per conoscere i nomi di queste aziende. A
Washington DC lunedì 18 dicembre 2006 si aprirà il processo presieduto dal
giudice Emmet G. Sullivan.

Giovanni Di Stefano, defence counsel to former Rais,

details the implication for the Italian, British, German and French firms.

On Monday, 18 December 2006, the trial presided by Mr. Justice Emmet G.
Sullivan will start in Washington D.C.



Amman (Jordan) - Baghdad (Irak) - 17.12.2006 The United States of America
gave a bank guarantee of 1.5 billion dollars to Saddam Hussein on the 20th
December 1983. The operation was concluded by Donald Rumsfeld in person"
states Giovanni Di Stefano, defence counsel to former Rais "There are
documents proving that the United States gave such an amount of money to
Saddam to acquire chemical and biological agents. Saddam did not comply
with the terms of the loan. This explains why the USA and UK were convinced
that Saddam did have chemical weapons since they financed such themselves.
Saddam, instead, made arrangements with some Italian, British, German and
French firms to produce, pending payment, false invoices for the required
operation and kept the rest of the 1.5 billion dollars for himself". Were
the Italian, British, German and French governments aware of this and to
what extent? The hunt is on to find the firms concerned. On Monday, 18
December 2006, the trial presided by Mr. Justice Emmet G. Sullivan will

s'ouvrira à Wshington D.C.

ont accorde une garantie bancaire de 1,5 billion de dollars a Saddam
Hussein. L'affaire a ete conclue le 20 decembre 1983 par Donald Rumsfeld en
personne » declare Giovanni Di Stefano, avocat de l'ex-Rais. Il existe des
documents qui le prouvent. Cette somme aurait du servir a Saddam pour se
procurer des substances chimiques et biologiques. Ce que ce dernier s'est
bien garde de faire. Voila pourquoi, les Etats Unis et l'Angleterre avaient
la certitude que Saddam possedaient les armes chimiques qu'ils avaient
finance eux-memes. Saddam, en revanche, s'est mis d'accord avec des
societes italiennes, anglaises, allemandes et francaises pour fournir,
contre paiement, de fausses factures relatives a une telle operation. Le
solde des 1,5 billion de dollars revenant, bien sur, a lui-meme. Reste a
savoir si les gouvernements italiens, britanniques, allemands et francais
ont ete au courant de l'affaire et dans quelle mesure. La chasse aux
sorcieres est ouverte pour connaitre les noms de ces societes. Lundi, 18
