Dear friends,
this is just a quick update to let you know that Turi Vaccaro appeared in
court again last week, for the latest hearing in his court case.
Turi is a ploughshares activist who was arrest in the Netherlands on 10th
November for disarming 2 nuclear capable F16s.

The prosecution are demanding a sentence of 6 months in prison, and the
immediate payment of 1 million euro in damages.
Turi continues to entertain supporters with his clowning during the
hearings, and his lawyer continues to make a strong case not only in
support of Turi, but also against the role of the Dutch state in
preparations for genocide.

I've put a translation of the more detailed account of the latest hearing,
originally published in the Dutch action magazine "Ravage", on the For

The verdict is expected on 27th October.
