Londra sin dal 1 maggio 2005, ha dominato i mezzi di informazione inglesi e
i lettori di Internet in America. Il memoriale è costituito dal resoconto
ufficiale di un incontro segreto avvenuto il 23 luglio 2002 fra il primo
ministro inglese Tony Blair e il suo gabinetto, avente per oggetto l’Irak.
E’ ! difficile sopravalutare l’importanza di questo documento, e delle
altre rivelazioni inglesi che ora stanno emergendo nell’opinione pubblica.
Essi potrebbero condurre ad un impeachment del presidente Bush...

preparing to mount a large-scale campaign of raids and searches in the

A Thirty Years War?

2010, because of the difficulties in establishing law and order. University
of Michigan expert Juan Cole sees this estimate as optimistic. “The
guerrilla war,” he writes, “is likely to go on a decade to 15 years.” But
Paul Rogers, a diffident Oxford military expert, now echoes James Webb. His
“ostensibly rash” conclusion is th! at “a thirty-year war is in prospect.”
On June 19 Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice acknowledged that America’s
involvement in Iraq is indeed “a generational commitment”...

Many die in Samarra, Ramadi attacks

bombings targeting the home of an Iraqi special forces officer killed at

Not scrambling military aircraft on 911 to shoot down the "high jacked"
planes was Osama's fault.
Not finding any wreckage or bodies, or even a black box at the Pentagon on

I hope this is not too Inside Baseball, but I am genuinely astonished by
what the bloggers call "Mainstream Media." The New York Times, The
Washington Post and the Los Angeles Times have all gone way out of their
way to deny that the Downing Street Memos are news. Like many of you,
during the entire lead-up to the war with Iraq, I thought the whole thing
was a set-up...

Beyond Impeachment: The Bush Administration as War Criminals

In the wake of the Downing Street Memo and other leaked British documents
created before the U.S.-led invasion of Iraq, many have begun to question
the legality of the Bush administration's actions. In particular, families
of soldiers, a few Democratic senators, and hundreds of thousands of
outraged Americans, are calling for an independent investigation of the
Bush administration's manipulation and outright fabrication of intelligence
to ju! stify the invasion of Iraq. The word "impeachment" is even being
bandied about. While it is certainly appropriate to demand an independent
investigation of the Bush administration's pre-invasion shenanigans, as
well as to pursue bringing articles of impeachment against the President
for his official misconduct, there is something larger at stake. There is
the matter of the Bush administration's post-invasion atrocities...

Female death toll mounts in battlefield Iraq

America was mourning its greatest loss of female troops in overseas action
since the Second World War yesterday after four servicewomen, three marines
and a sailor, were killed and 11 more women were injured in an ambush in
Fallujah. United States commanders believe that the female troops may have
been specifically targeted. The co-ordinated attack struck a lorry
returning them from duty in the western Iraqi city which was seized from
rebels last year.! Two male marines also died in the ambush on Thursday
evening, when a suicide car bomber struck a convoy and gunmen hiding nearby
opened fire on survivors...
