L'originale non è ovviamente quello inglese, quindi sull'accuratezza 
letterale non garantisco, cmq ecco qui:

"In guerra, è di suprema importanza attaccare la Strategia del tuo 
oppositore. L'altra cosa più importante è attaccare le Alleanze del tuo 
oppositore. La successiva è attaccare gli Eserciti del tuo oppositore. La 
cosa peggiore è attaccare le Città del tuo oppositore".
