We remind you that the issues Nr 425 and 426 were dedicated to the Special 
issue (on the Human Rights situation in Africa) and to the chronoloy of the 
events from july to december 2001),
and that the Supplements are on line normally two weeks after the printed 
issue.

	the country's mineral resources, seems to be paying off. Exploitation of
	mineral deposits has now commenced for five projects in various parts of
	the country

Nigeria - Controversial Electoral Bill
	Nigeria's law makers both in the lower and upper chambers of the National
	Assembly, have been trading a war of words with the 36 State Governors,
	over matters arising from the proposed Electoral bill  which is
	threatening Nigeria's nascent democracy
